It’s all about choice. I choose to pass by all the other dealerships to come to this one because I feel this dealership has the right program and principles. The vehicle is the product and it can be purchased anywhere. What sets this dealership apart from the rest is the staff. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have never felt the genuine customer service oriented approach to conducting business as I have here. I have dealt with Dexter for five years buying three trucks along the way. As well sending my family and friends to him. He is the main reason I moved my business to this dealership. You have a true gem with this man. Since his recent promotion(well deserved) Dexter sent me to one of his team members Drew for my latest purchase. Because of the trust built with Dex I agreed to meet with Drew. Again I was pleasantly surprised with the way I was treated. Drew was a seasoned expert and assisted me throughout the process with genuine respect and courtesy. Aside from the sales department I cannot forget to mention the outstanding service department. Without fail every time I do business with them I am treated like I am the only person they have to take care of. They are amazing as well. My experience with Lipscomb Service Department was a great one, I greeted by the service managers very well and was informed on that they will process my silverado high country for oil change and perform a pm. During my wait I was inform on what needed to be replaced to keep my truck properly maintained. I was treated with courtesy and will recommend them to my friends and family.
