They gave me a repair quote but after I told them I was declining it they tried to get me to let them try to find a better quote. If they had done that in the first place, I would have let them do the repair.

The service appears to have been completed correctly, however it took very long. I expected the service to take 2 days, however it took a full week, 7 days. Additionally, communication from the service department was not very good, the only way I got any updates was for me to call and ask what was going on. They never called me to inform me that the car would not be done on time nor did they tell me when to expect the car to be done unless I called. Finally, communication about the ride service was not very good. I was told that the driver was headed my way, but that he had 1 stop to make before picking me up. That was at 8:12a. The driver did not arrive until 9:30a. All in all I was disappointed. My past experience has been better, although still not in line with the cost of the car. When purchasing cars at similar price points from other dealerships I receive a much more premium service experience.
