I live in Houston and was looking for a New Chevrolet 2500HD. I usually buy all my vehicles from another dealership but my salesman passed away and on top of that the old Chevrolet Dealership my old salesman worked for didn’t have the truck I wanted. I called around for pricing on the specific truck I wanted and to get the best prices and Lipscomb Chevrolet was one of them. I called and a Gentleman by the name of Chance answers the phone and you can tell by the sounds of his voice that he’s wanting to sell a vehicle and was very personable and funny guy. I told him about the truck I wanted and what I was looking to get. He took my number down and said ”I will call you back with my best foot forward and I will promise this will be the easiest car buying experience you ever will have” I get a call back not even 5 minutes later and he jokingly said “Mark, are you sitting down?” And proceeds to give me the numbers for my trade and the truck I bought. Needless to say I had another dealership that had his price beat by $750 but the way Chance treated me and how honest he was and how he didn’t put the whole salesman crap on me or going back and forth to his manager sold me. He treated me like we have been long time friends and even delivered the car to me which is about a 8 hour drive, Needless to say if your in the market for a vehicle give Lipscomb Chevrolet a chance to earn your business. I will say Chance has a customer for life now and I’m glad I have a salesman I can trust again. I highly recommend this dealership and recommend if you can to work with Chance. I came to Lipscomb following my visit at another dealership where I was laughed at for my list of wants and written off as someone who didn't really want to buy. They held me captive for hours running numbers and did check back in often at all. I was shopping with my ten month old baby so it was awful. When I came over to Lipscomb I didn't know any of the salesmen, but I met Kenneth and showed him my list and told him the price I wanted to be at. He showed me the car I ended up buying. While we were doing paperwork and running numbers he gave my daughter a coloring sheet, and a balloon. When I went to do my test drive he carried the car seat and helped me install it. I did not buy the first day I came and looked because they just didn't have the right color, but based on my experience I asked if they could dealer trade for the right color so that I could buy from Kenneth. I sincerely appreciate the Lipscomb crew they were all very nice and helpful during my car buying experience.
